future EDGE offers a model, a methodology, processes and strategies for realising opportunities and getting better results. The model can be applied with equal success to individuals, teams or whole organisations.
future EDGE combines three fundamental processes in its work with individuals, teams and organisations - state analysis, cause analysis and intervention design and
selection.

- know what you want and where you want to be [desired future]
- know where you are now and what you get from being their [present state]
- identify the gap between the two
This is called State Analysis
- Find out what is causing the gap
This is called Cause Analysis
- Do something about closing it
This is called Intervention Design and Selection
- Notice what is happening and if it is good keep doing it. If it's not do something else. This is called Evaluation
Based on work with previous clients and using the model described previously future EDGE can offer you a range of interventions that can loosely be categorised into four areas:
- Consultancy and Facilitation
This range of services looks at the 'big picture' and is aimed at aiding a person, group or organisation to mobilise internal and external resources to deal with problem confrontations and change efforts. Services include the facilitation of vision development, strategic planning meetings and retreats, brainstorming and problem solving, mediation, support for change implementation, coaching and being a 'critical friend'.
- Programmes
This range of future EDGE services focuses on the longer-term and the implementation of change. Programmes that have been successfully implemented include:

Designing and developing competency based programmes to meet your express needs.
