School as a Community

How good is your teamwork?

Team aligned behind shared expectations are the key to a modern organisation.
This is an ideal activity to introduce before a vision building process. It is also an ideal School Self- Review questionnaire. Individual teachers could use it in their classes.

On a 1 to 10 scale, ten being excellent how does your team rate?

Does your team or school:

  1. Have a shared sense of purpose and a common understanding of what is required?

When results are graphed and analysed what areas for improvement have been identified?
These could be placed the School Strategy Plan for future actioning.
